Due to the nature of the work and skill and setup required for the Design Project items, these items do not suit a Design Day timeframe.

However if we think it’s possible based on your desired outcome and deliverables, we will inform you.

Please note that if you insist on a the shorter time frame, a rush fee will be applied to your project invoice.

The amount of time and deliverables:

• A Design Project is 1-3 set deliverables and takes between 1-2 weeks.

• A Full Suite Transformation is where you choose as many deliverables as you need and takes between 3-8 weeks.

The Design Project is more suited for one-off projects where we focus on one key area of your brand, whereas the Full Suite Transformation focused on multiple areas of your brand.

Depending on your service, some preparation work will be required before we start your project.

It’s recommended to have as much copy as possible prior to starting and to ensure all your images are organised and saved in relevant folders for ease of sharing.

We’ll help guide you with this by outlining required prep in the Project Proposal.

• Design Day : If an emergency occurs meaning that we can't complete the Design Day - we will reschedule the remaining time for as soon as possible.

• Design Project & Full Suite Transformation:

  If we’re unable to start your project, or something occurs during your project - we will reschedule it to the next available time frame.
  Worst case scenario - if the project is unable to be completed and unable to be rescheduled, no refunds will be offered on deposits, but the remaining project fee will be waived.

We have a different payment policies for payment for our services:

• Design Day : must be paid in full prior to your designated Design Day. A 50% deposit can be made with the remaining 50% paid before the day.
  If add-ons are required after payment has been made, they will be sent as a separate invoice on your Design Day.

• Design Project : either paid in full or a 50% deposit paid prior to starting the project. The remaining 50% will be due upon completion of the project.

Of course! We will actively collaborate with you throughout your project to ensure a good outcome. All services include revisions.

• Design Day : 1 round of minor revisions are included. These changes will be made the following day. Major revisions will incur an extra Half or Full day charge.

• Design Project : up to 2 rounds of revisions included. Any additional revisions will incur an extra Half or Full day charge.

• Full Suite Transformation : up to 2 rounds of revisions included per deliverable. Any additional revisions will incur an extra Half or Full day charge.

All revision opportunities will be clearly stated and counted for your reference.
