Share your Project Ideas
You share all your ideas and intentions for the project in the enquiry form.
02.
Project Outline
WIthin 2-3 business days you’ll receive a project proposal that outlines how we’ll work together to meet your desired outcome.
03.
Project Preparation
Feeling aligned and excited? Sign the deal, pay the deposit, and collect all the elements required to start your project.
This can be things like a folder with all your logos and images, a document with all your copy etc.
04.
Project Work
This is where you sit back and watch the magic happen!
We’ll check in often with progress and give you plenty of opportunities to refine and align to ensure the outcome is exactly what you need to be able to grow.
05.
Project Hand Over
Last but not least, we hand over all the appropriate files, formats and folders for you to be able to take your project and run with it.
We stand for empowerment here, so you won’t find us soft-locking anything. The best outcome is for you to be able to use your designs and expand on them!

Design Day overview
1 DAY PROJECT
The Design Day is where you choose a goal and we spend one dedicated day on achieving it for you.
This allows you to have a dedicated designer working on your priority items to ensure you’re ready to go, within a day.

There’s only so much we can do in a day, so smaller scale projects are a win here. Perfect for but not limited to:
Pitch Decks & Presentations
Social Media templates
Brand Guidelines
Logo Updates*
and more
*This means modernising your existing logo, not creating a new one.

The more we get done in the day, the better. That’s why we run on a priority list: you outline which items are most important and we work our way down the list.
Note: At times, we won’t be able to finish all items on the list in one day. If that’s the case, an add on extra half-day is available.

We’ll tell you upfront if we think your project will require more than one day to complete.
We may recommend you move to a "Design Project” setup, or we may do a day-and-a-half or two-days.
We also allow for an extra 1-2 hours on the next day for any refinements and adjustments.
The T&Cs will be clear in the Project Outline.

This allows you to have all the design expertise you need, tailored to your unique outcome desires.

We offer two distinct approaches for Web Design Projects dependant on what online platform you use:
Squarespace & Wix Studio
We create the strategy, design the layouts and build your site for you.Shopify & Wordpress
We create the strategy, design the layouts in Figma, then share with your developer. We do not build the site for you.

As this is a tailored service, these projects can take anywhere between 3 days to 6 weeks.
Please note, approvals, feedback and refinements will add time to any given timeline, so your flexibility is always appreciated.
